Job summary

Curotec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software development projects and manage client relationships. You will translate business needs into actionable development work and serve as the trusted advisor guiding technology decisions to business outcomes.

You will collaborate with developers and designers while owning overall project success, balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and risk. Hybrid work in the Philadelphia region is supported.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in software
• Strong experience managing client relationships and complex software projects
• Solid understanding of software development processes and collaboration with designers
• Experience discussing architecture trade-offs, scalability, and risk
• Experience scoping projects and developing SOWs or similar agreements
• Experience managing scope changes while protecting timelines and budgets
• Proficiency with a project management system (ClickUp preferred, Jira acceptable)
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as the primary contact throughout the engagement.
• Shape product vision, validate assumptions, and align technology decisions with business goals.
• Scope projects, develop SOWs, and lead delivery from start to finish.
• Create strategies, scopes, budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Balance feasibility, value, priorities, and constraints.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead change discussions with clients while protecting timelines and budgets.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate meetings and align stakeholders across teams.
• Monitor project health, financials, and resource utilization.
• Escalate issues when needed and drive issue resolution.
• Support business development with scoping, estimates, and proposals.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
