MGT Impact Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase IT and structured cabling projects within a hybrid work environment. The role encompasses client relationship ownership, schedule control, budgeting, and risk management across engineering and cabling streams.

You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive project success through governance and disciplined PMO processes using Certinia, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT, construction, or structured cabling project delivery.
• Two+ years of structured project management experience.
• Experience working with subcontractors and field teams.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage complex, multi-phase projects across Engineering and Cabling groups.
• Serve as the primary client relationship owner for assigned projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk across the project lifecycle.
• Lead governance meetings and coordinate with field Superintendents and subcontractors.
