Qualifications

• 5 years of IT technical project management experience with budgeting and scheduling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies.
• Vendor management experience with requirements gathering through multiple methods.
• Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business clients.
• Experience in data integration and data quality projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with IT senior leadership and department managers.
• Plan, estimate, negotiate, manage scope, schedule, and deliver projects.
• Identify risks and issues and mitigate with senior IT leaders.
• Document requirements, create diagrams, review specs, and support UAT and post‑production rollout.
• Develop technical and business requirement documents and specifications.
• Support system design, SQL reports, QA and testing, and change control.
