Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for the WPMT Program Management Office to coordinate software development and technology projects. You will collaborate with teams across the globe to align priorities and deliver on goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software project management experience, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and proven leadership to influence stakeholders under tight deadlines. You will drive plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS degree in technology, CS strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on software development projects.
• Experience with traditional and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
• Strong leadership to influence stakeholders and teams under pressure.
• Conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying/closing gaps in the product development life-cycle.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker who guides the team during conflicting situations.
• Process development and project management principles experience.
• Ability to prioritize activities and stay within budget across multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with leaders regarding scope, schedule, budget, risks, and expectations.
• Ability to create a collaborative plan of action and keep team engaged.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans with Product Management, Design, and Engineering members of project teams.
• Coordinate team members and project work across multiple project teams to deliver plans and manage dependencies.
• Work with team members to define, communicate, and track project schedules.
• Provide progress reports and project status reports to stakeholders using metrics.
• Roll up progress and status into the larger Program view.
• Guide the project team on Agile/Scrum best practices, acting as Scrum Master when needed.
• Identify, track and report on project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Own and manage project toolsets.
• Coordinate and support product releases and communications as needed.
• Elevate the practice of Project Management and cultivate a Community of Practice within JLLT.
