Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Software Technical Program Manager to align software release timelines and scope across the Shared Services platform. You will coordinate between system program management and software product owners, developers, and operations to drive delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams and stakeholders, managing budgets, status reporting, and continuous improvement in a matrix environment. This is an on-site California position.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Nice to Have: 3+ years’ experience in product management, program management, product development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and lifecycle management.
• Lead daily standup sessions for 1-2 projects.
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management.
• Manages development and implementation of products and services involving cross-functional teams.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Communicates with stakeholders to ensure end products solve business problems
