Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required with Tier 3 background investigation.
• 8+ years in software/CMS development or enterprise app engineering.
• Experience architecting CMS components, templates, modules, and API integrations.
• Experience with secure coding per DoD/federal cybersecurity standards.
• Experience integrating authentication systems and SSO frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect CMS modules, templates, content structures, and workflows for enterprise needs.
• Oversee API integrations and backend data connections across systems.
• Design and maintain secure SSO flows and identity integrations.
• Define search architecture, metadata structures, and content discovery patterns.
• Provide coding oversight and ensure security, maintainability, and accessibility.
