Johnson & Johnson in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Software to lead the design and development of the Ottava system through initial release and launches.

You will drive end-to-end software schedules and OKRs using a hybrid Agile approach, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule. The role requires 8+ years in program management, 5+ years of people leadership, and experience with MSP, Agile, and Jira in a regulated medical device environment.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of program management experience is required.
• Strong people leadership experience of 5+ years preferred (indirect or direct).
• Highly preferred to have worked on large capital programs involving complex integrated subsystems (robotics, aerospace, autonomous vehicles).
• High performer and leader with demonstrated ability to manage a complex program in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate influence and conflict resolution skills and ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders and lead teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience working in an engineering capacity highly preferred, technical capacity is required.
• Experience with MSP required. Agile methodology and Jira capabilities preferred.
• Prior experience in a regulated environment is required. Medical device experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Software Program Manager will drive execution of the end-to-end Software schedules and break them down into quarterly OKRs.
• Collaborate with team to leverage a hybrid Agile methodology to achieve milestones.
• Perform project risk management and mitigation including contingency planning and tradeoff assessments.
• Build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners and communicate decisions, strategies, and priorities.
• Provide people management and develop talent with growth plans and opportunities.
