Qualifications

• Management of a complex program in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence, resolve conflicts and align diverse stakeholders.
• Engineering experience preferred; technical capacity required.
• Experience with MSP; Agile and Jira capabilities preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments; medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end software schedules and break them into quarterly OKRs.
• Lead program risk management and contingency planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end accountability.
