You will guide agile teams through IEC62304/82304, collaborate across functions, mentor engineers, and ensure quality metrics, with limited travel and on-site work four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers for capital equipment software, firmware, embedded software and GUI for medical devices, Windows applications and cloud services.
• Lead the Scrum Team through the SDLC for medical devices following IEC62304/82304.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work according to business needs and align product strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members to drive value-focused capabilities.
• Accountable for quality, robustness, and compliance with design controls and medical device regulations.
