Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical product software development and regulatory guidance (IEC-62304, FDA).
• Experience in program management within a technical/software engineering context.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams across architecture, design, development, testing, and sustaining activities.
• Plan release milestones, risk management, defect resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate deliverables across sites in compliance with FDA and regulatory requirements.
• Forecasting, resource planning, and managing schedules and budgets.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement standard software engineering processes.
