Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree required.
• 10+ years product development experience preferred in heavy equipment or related industries.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to commissioning.
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions for automation projects.
• Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and vehicle systems teams to integrate software with control systems.
• Define and own software lifecycle infrastructure, release governance, and toolchain integration.
• Develop motion control algorithms and ensure software quality and maintainability.
