Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, debugging, and testing software applications in C# and/or Python.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, debugging, testing, and review of software applications written primarily in C# and Python for IMA Configuration Tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior software engineers.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and stakeholders to translate user needs into software solutions.
• Ensure development activities align with product specs and program objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive interoperability and reuse of software solutions.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for complex engineering problems.
• Support project leadership with planning, task definition, and execution support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and tools.
