Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years designing automated test systems for complex electronics.
• Experience with NI TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and Visual Studio.
• Circuit/test hardware design and signal conditioning know‑how.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex tech problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of production test equipment from concept to deployment.
• Architect automated test solutions; include hardware, software, data flows for high throughput.
• Own full test system lifecycle: planning, requirements, architecture, release and sustainment.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality to ensure safety and reliability.
• Mentor test engineers and communicate status to leadership.
