Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded software development.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Serve as CAM for project elements delegated by the Engineering Project Manager.
Lead day-to-day technical and operational activities for individual contributors.
Develop and implement embedded software solutions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer and leadership.
Understand and manage the technical scope, cost, and schedule for assigned responsibilities.
Plan and lead the software effort across the full lifecycle.
Provide software team oversight to ensure quality artifacts.
Escalate issues in a timely manner.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
Define supplier scope of work and manage supplier deliverables.
Communicate project needs and status to stakeholders.
Demonstrate GE Aerospace leadership behaviors.
