Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior-level full-stack developer and technical leader to drive design, development, and deployment of scalable software products. You will collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and security teams to translate business needs into robust solutions across front-end, middle, and database layers.

You will guide Agile delivery, establish architecture standards, and mentor teams while ensuring security, performance, and quality in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years of industry software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a VP-level role or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming principles.
• Experience with APIs and integration for rapidly connecting products and platforms.
• Cloud-native development with AWS and/or Azure preferred.
• Experience with microservices, web apps, distributed systems, and security software development.
• Ability to lead Agile Scrum and DevOps-aligned delivery teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical strategy and roadmaps.
