The role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture decisions, Agile practices, and mentoring engineers while ensuring performance, security, and reliability across client‑facing and internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software products.
• Guide Agile delivery, backlog planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define architecture decisions to promote scalability and security.
• Mentor engineers and drive delivery metrics for continuous improvement.
• Partner with product, architecture, QA, security, and DevOps teams.
