This role blends technical leadership (75%) with people management (25%), defines team roles, conducts performance assessments, recruits top talent, and partners with management on staffing and strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years software development experience with leadership in defense programs.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. citizens only per contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software team to achieve high performance and timely delivery.
• Coach, support, train, and motivate team members; manage career development and staffing.
