Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical engineering with system design and integration.
• Experience with MIL-STD, IPC, IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and development of electrical/electronic systems for defense and aerospace.
• Develop system architectures including power distribution, signal integrity, controls, instrumentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical, mechanical, and software components.
• Drive full product lifecycle from requirements through testing and production.
• Perform circuit design, analysis, and validation for analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems.
• Support system-level troubleshooting, risk reduction, and design optimization.
• Ensure compliance with technical, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
• Support proposal development and provide technical input for business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical rigor.
