Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience with modern web ecosystems (TypeScript, React, CSS/SCSS).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, front-end testing (RTL/Cypress/Jest), and Protobuf.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & People Management: Mentor and retain a high-performing team of front-end and full-stack engineers.
• Technical Strategy & Architecture: Guide the architectural direction for mission-critical web UIs with high reliability and low latency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align UI roadmaps with Product Managers, Embedded Systems Engineers, Backend Leads, and Hardware teams.
