Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a high-velocity team powering next-generation web UIs and SoC devices. You will balance people leadership, technical direction, and operations to deliver robust, mission-critical applications tightly integrated with hardware and backend services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development with modern web stacks (TypeScript, React, CSS/SCSS).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, state management, and concurrency challenges.
• Front-end testing with RTL, Cypress or Jest.
• Protobufs serialization/deserialization experience.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and retain a high-performing team of front-end and full-stack engineers.
• Define technical direction and ensure reliable, low-latency web UIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Embedded, Backend, and Hardware teams to align roadmaps.
