Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering shipping products.
• Experience taking a software product or major feature from ambiguity to production.
• Deep expertise in full-stack web development across backend, frontend, or systems integration.
• Proficiency with web technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience partnering with product management, design, and end users to shape solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of greenfield applications from concept to production launch and iteration.
• Pair with a product manager to shape scope, priorities, UX, technical approach, and success metrics.
• Collaborate directly with customers and end users to understand problems, test assumptions, gather feedback, and improve the product.
• Build high-quality full-stack product experiences using modern web technologies and CorpTech Platform capabilities.
• Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions that balance speed with reliability and scale.
• Break ambiguous initiatives into testable product increments and ship useful software early.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Leverage frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled development workflows to accelerate prototyping and testing.
• Raise the product- engineering bar by improving reusable patterns and development practices.
