Job summary

DTN is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Workday Finance to join our Finance engineering organization and build scalable, reliable software solutions for critical financial processes.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise Finance applications while partnering with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, QA, and Finance domain experts to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Strong programming in Java, Python, C++, Go or similar.
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases; cloud and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Workday Finance software services.
• Own complex technical problems from requirements through production support.
• Build reliable APIs and distributed backend services.
• Collaborate with Product, Architects, Engineers, QA, and Finance experts.
• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence.
