Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or Go.
• Strong understanding of OO design, data structures, algorithms.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable backend services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and async/event-driven patterns.
• SQL and relational database experience.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern dev practices.

**J****ob Description:**DTN is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Software Engineer – Workday Finance** to join our Finance engineering organization and build scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions supporting critical financial business processes.In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for enterprise Finance applications and services. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, QA, and Finance domain experts to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.*
