Job summary

Visionist, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI workflows, leveraging autonomous planning and tool use to streamline operations. You will develop Python workflows, perform vulnerability analysis, and document technical tradecraft for mission systems.

You will engage with customers, gather requirements, and deliver mission-critical solutions on a funded program. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with competitive time off and ESOP benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 12 years of software development experience.
• Experience leveraging LLMs including prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines via APIs and orchestration tools.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with data parsing and manipulation.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with Git and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
