Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; additional 2 years may substitute degree.
• 3 years of experience in software development.
• One of the following certifications: AWS Certified Developer, AWS ML Associate/Specialty, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, CKAD.
• Experience contributing to production systems.
• Familiarity with high-volume web application architectures.
• Exposure to cloud engineering, preferably AWS.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and containerized deployments.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support AI model inference infrastructure under seniors guidance.
• Develop and maintain production AI services including retrieval-augmented generation and autonomous agents.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC principles.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of AI platform components.
• Follow security best practices for AI systems and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering standards.

Your contributions are…

• Implement and support infrastructure for AI model inference under the guidance of senior engineers
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of production AI services and applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and autonomous agents
• Participate in implementing monitoring, logging, and observability for AI services
• Assist with automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of AI platform components
• Follow established security best practices for AI systems and data
• Work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces, learning to define structured and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared engineering standards

Salary range: $115,000 - $159,000
