As a Software Engineer, you will work with clients to implement frontend and backend features, pair with teams, and apply AI-augmented approaches to accelerate delivery while maintaining security and quality standards.

Formación

• Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• 6–10 years of Software Development experience in multiple languages.
• Strong communication and interest in a pair programming environment.
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with PHP, Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend and backend development.
• Experience using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools: Git, Concourse, GitLabCI, SonarQube, Fortify, and ThreadFix.
• Demonstrated experience with API development.
• Comfortable running software in Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, databases, design patterns.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• BA/BS in CS or related field, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients new to design thinking, TDD, paired programming, and continuous delivery.
• Teach the why behind each practice, and adapt to client preferences.
• Learn client learning styles and the ubiquitous language used.
• Adapt approach to improve collaboration and engineering outcomes.
• Pair with client developers to deliver user stories with business value.
• Deliver working software and ensure reliable solutions.
• Ship week over week and gather real-time feedback from users.
• Engage with DoD projects and deliver value securely.
