Job summary

GliaCell Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer on a full-time contract. The role emphasizes modernizing applications, building web-based analysis tools, and delivering secure, scalable software across containerized React UIs, Java, and Go microservices.

The team develops multiple applications with real-time alerting and historical queries, using MongoDB and OpenSearch. Telework is available with on-site presence in Maryland as required.

Qualifications

Active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
14+ years of Software Engineering experience with a BS degree.
Four years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Modernize applications and develop new features.
Perform software improvements and bug fixes.
Implement a CI/CD pipeline.
Deploy and test software.
Create infrastructure through code.
Perform service migrations.
