Job summary

GliaCell Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD, for a full-time role supporting a U.S. Government customer. The position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph and offers a challenging full-stack workload with Java Spring Boot and AWS-based microservices.

You will contribute to CI/CD, API design, and collaborative software delivery in a mission-focused environment. Partial telework is available; salary range is $170,000 to $230,000 with sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7 years with a master's.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Full stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices.
Write Java Spring Boot microservices with AWS native technologies.
Utilize Python to optimize AWS services (Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2, S3).
Build REST services with Spring to filter and select data objects.
Implement CI/CD using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps.
