Job summary

GliaCell is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer.

The mission is to provide technical expertise that sustains mission-related software and systems for a large government contract. The role requires full-stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices, using Java Spring Boot and AWS, with CI/CD processes and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years with a Master's degree.
U.S. citizenship.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance preferred.
Strong communication and team collaboration.
Experience with full stack development and microservices.

Responsibilities

Full stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices.
Write Java Spring Boot microservices and REST services.
Utilize AWS services (Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2, S3) and Python for optimization.
Implement CI/CD using Maven, Gitlab, and GitOps.
Support Agile software delivery and collaboration across teams.
