Job summary

Mercury is seeking a senior-level engineering leader to drive high-impact Treasury projects. You will define the architecture and user experience, collaborating with product, design, and operations to deliver features for customers and internal users.

You will mentor both junior and senior engineers while guiding a team of full-stack developers handling onboarding, dashboards and portfolio tools. In this role you will manage billions in customer funds with utmost quality and care, joining a team

Qualifications

Has 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience from backend systems to customer-facing experiences.
Has a track record as technical lead on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Is product-minded and passionate about mentoring both junior and senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact, customer-facing projects with Treasury engineering, operations, compliance, and banking teams.
Define the technical architecture and user experience of the Treasury product.
Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship features for customers and internal users.
Work with full-stack engineers building onboarding, portfolio recommendations, dashboards, and tooling.
Manage billions in customer funds with a high degree of quality and care.
