Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven track record as technical lead on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Product-minded engineer who considers API consumers and customer impact.
• Domain knowledge as a registered investment advisor and broker-dealer for equities, fixed income, and mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional, customer-facing projects across Treasury engineering, operations, compliance, banking, and risk teams.
• Define the technical architecture and experience of the Treasury product.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship thoughtful features for customers and internal users.
• Own and actively shape Mercury's Treasury product and roadmap.
• Join a team managing billions of dollars of customer assets.
