As part of the Treasury team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, craft the technical architecture of the Treasury product, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver thoughtful features for customers and internal users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Product-minded engineering with focus on developer experience and customer outcomes.
• Domain knowledge as registered investment advisor and broker-dealer is a plus.
• Mentorship of junior and senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects involving treasury engineering, operations, compliance, banking, and risk.
• Define the technical architecture and experience of the Treasury product.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship features for customers and internal users.
• Own the product and shape Mercury's future.
• Join a team managing billions of dollars of customer assets.
