You will design and build a high-performance algorithmic trading platform powering brokerage services, shaping critical systems for trading workflows, order execution, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining trading or exchange systems (OMS/EMS) or related infra.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java, Scala or Python.
• Experience optimizing for low latency and high throughput.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, DB tech, concurrency, performance-critical architectures.
• Experience with messaging queues and brokers.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a high-performance algorithmic trading platform.
• Build OMS and RMS supporting trading workflows.
• Develop low-latency services and optimize CPU performance.
• Architect distributed systems for scalability and availability.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed engineering team.
• Own engineering initiatives from design to deployment.
