Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build a new trading product from the ground up. You will focus on high-performance, low-latency systems that connect directly to blockchain transaction infrastructure and support real-time trading workflows.

In this 0-to-1 environment, you’ll own core backend components like order routing, market data, and security, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams while shipping quickly with real user

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Rust preferred; C/C++, or Go also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core systems for a new trading product from the ground up.
• Develop low-latency, high-reliability services that interact with blockchain infrastructure.
• Own critical infrastructure for order routing, execution, market data, and position management.
• Implement security across the stack, including transaction signing and user data protection.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Make significant architectural decisions as an early member of the engineering team.
