Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Extensive Java development on Linux for latency-sensitive trading systems.
- Strong architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
- Automation-first mindset with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Experience in Agile environments and effective stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
Responsibilities
- Code solutions and unit tests against acceptance criteria and compliance.
- Design, develop, and modify architecture components and interfaces.
- Mentor engineers and promote CI/CD practices.
- Refine stories, define requirements, and estimate work.
- Build high-performance, scalable trading components.
- Collaborate with trading, quantitative, and tech teams to deliver solutions.
