Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience leading software engineering efforts in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstated ability to independently manage priorities and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of secure software for enterprise authorization, encryption, and key management.
• Modernize and productize existing applications by abstracting environment-specific configurations and creating reusable, scalable architectures.
• Design, develop, and maintain software components, APIs, and services across distributed environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams while promoting software development best practices and quality standards.
• Lead the implementation of encryption libraries, key management capabilities, and secure integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop architectures, establish requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
• Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, status reporting, backlog refinement, testing, and defect resolution.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem deployments.
