Qualifications

• 12+ years of working experience.
• BS computer science or related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience).
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement, ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions.
• Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching and feedback to develop skills.
• Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
• Consult with management of customer organizations and participate in business development activities.
