Ability to translate WaaS strategy into design and development decisions.
Strong communication skills and ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level analysis and implementation of innovative, efficient solutions across platforms.
Guide engineers in design, development, testing, debugging and issue resolution.
Conduct root-cause analysis and drive ongoing optimization using data-driven insights.
Mentor and collaborate with teams across global staffing and outsourcing models.
Build relationships with leaders and contribute to project proposals and estimates.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
