Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and at least 5 years of development experience (e.g. Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, SQL) OR 9 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to communicate and coach/mentor team members and lead with a positive attitude.
• Ability to translate business strategy into design decisions and advocate WaaS alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead system development and engineering for highly complex programs and coordinate coding, testing, and debugging of complex workflows.
• Act as SME for engineers to ensure alignment with business expectations and security standards.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance on root-cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Mentor other technology teams and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with resources to integrate products and processes and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide direction for enterprise standards and participate in code reviews.
