Job summary

You will drive software change and release management, ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines, mentor engineers, and lead moderately sized projects or processes while collaborating across disciplines to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of related experience.
• Advanced to expert knowledge in the work area.
• Experience with Maximo system development is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new systems and features.
• Modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes.
• Engage directly with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors.
• Drive the software change and release management processes.
• Ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
• May manage moderately sized projects or processes.
• Mentor lower-level engineers.
• Communicate with parties within and outside of own discipline.
• Make significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area.
