Job summary
Workstreet is hiring a Senior/Member of Technical Staff to build software and AI workflows in a fast-growing security-focused environment. You will architect systems, guide AI agents, and ensure guardrails, tests, and reviews uphold security and reliability while shipping features rapidly.
You will operate with autonomy, translate business problems into usable software, and own production code from idea to production.
Qualifications
- Experience shipping AI-enabled software with guardrails and tests.
- Ability to translate business problems into usable software.
- Comfort with rapid end-to-end feature delivery.
- Willingness to travel locally for onsite meetings.
Responsibilities
- Architect systems and guide AI agents across interfaces, APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Build guardrails with testing, security review, and verification practices.
- Turn business problems into usable software and ship it.
- Automate repetitive work and build tools and AI workflows.
- Own production systems, ensure security and reliability, fix issues.
- Define our technical approach and AI usage as needs evolve.
