Job summary

VIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect secure, scalable microservices and to advance privacy-preserving Web3 solutions. You will lead development, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust testing and performance across distributed systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for technical excellence, and guide architectural choices to protect data while enabling rapid deployment in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
• 5+ years of relevant full stack or backend development experience.
• Cloud-based software development in a microservices environment and cryptography techniques (e.g., secure APIs, encryption).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of core software components.
• Integrate VIA Web3 components and privacy-preserving tech.
• Define end-to-end SDLC processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automated testing strategies and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership in privacy and security across projects.
