You have 4+ years’ experience in web app development with React or Vue, and you’re proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript. You’ll shape technical plans, own delivery, and contribute to a strong engineering culture in a remote‑first environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience building and architecting web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience defining technical plans for significant features with elegant design.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics in ideation and trade-offs.
- Identify and lead remediation of project, process, tech, or business issues.
- Monitor and support operations and availability of your team’s artifacts and on-call duties.
- Set and improve code review and design standards beyond your team.
- Mentor teammates with feedback and lead by example.
