Job summary

Press Ganey, a leader in experience measurement and analytics, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement scalable backend services. You will architecture data pipelines, APIs, and AI-enabled components using Python, Elixir, or Golang, with PostgreSQL and cloud-native stacks.

You will guide the team in best practices, lead code reviews, and contribute to production readiness with deployment plans and documentation.
