Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Provo team. You will work across backend services in C# .NET Core and modern front-end stacks such as Angular or React, with a focus on APIs, data, and scalable web/mobile experiences.

You will mentor peers, participate in SDLC, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with IT and business teams. This role offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering on the .NET Core platform.
• Web and mobile front-end using Angular or React.
• JSON and API development experience.
• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes preferred.
• CI/CD workflows experience preferred, GitLab desirable.
• Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Test driven development experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Understanding of data structures and OO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end applications and bug fixes per requirements.
• Participate in iteration and release planning.
• Adhere to design, testing principles, and standards.
• Interpret and update technical specifications as needed.
• Mentor other developers on standards and procedures.
• Prepare work for release and deployment processes.
• Coordinate issue resolution and provide follow-up support.
