Job summary

Press Ganey Associates LLC is seeking a backend software engineer to design and implement features in Elixir/Phoenix or Python/Flask. You will work with PostgreSQL databases and REST APIs, contributing to AI-assisted development tools and end-to-end feature ownership.

You will participate in Agile processes, improve testing coverage, and help shape backend architecture while collaborating with high-performing teams. A BS in CS or related field and backend experience are required.

Qualifications

• Professional backend software development experience.
• Ability to deliver features with quality under senior guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications in Elixir/Phoenix or Python/Flask; participate in design discussions; own features end-to-end from testing to post-release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues; contribute to documentation and API development; participate in Agile processes.
