Taxfyle LLC is seeking a Seasonal Relationship Manager in Coconut Grove, FL for the January–April 2027 window. You will be the primary contact for partner clients, guiding them through submission, processing, and e-filing, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely resolutions.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client expectations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Respect for client privacy and confidentiality of information.
• This is a seasonal hourly position from January through April 2027 with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.
• Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission, processing, and e-filing.
• Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues, address concerns, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Partner Experience and internal support teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Track and report on key client performance metrics to support team goals.
• Escalate complex issues to Manager, Client Success while maintaining client communication ownership.
• Suggest process improvements by identifying trends and inefficiencies.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset with empathy and solutions-oriented approach.
