Taxfyle is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Engineering Department in Coconut Grove, FL. This in-office role offers remote work flexibility and a compensation range of $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.

You will collaborate with designers, business analysts, and engineers to build our high-powered work management platform, taking ownership from idea to launch in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience building production-quality software.
• Experience with C#, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Dart or Flutter and cloud technologies.
• Ability to write clean, scalable code and collaborate in an agile team.
• Commitment to code quality and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, innovative software solutions following designs and standards.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement features using agile methods.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve codebase.
• Write tests at unit, integration, and UI levels.
• Own projects from design to release and communicate with stakeholders.
• Adapt to a fast-growing company and evolving priorities.
• Partner with Partner Success to align technical solutions with client needs.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to improve productivity.
