Job summary

Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform seeking a Senior Engineer to own the end-to-end product experience, from frontend to backend services and external integrations. You will design, build, and iterate across the stack, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and measurable impact for patients.

You will collaborate with product, design, operations, and data teams to launch features, improve user experience, and optimize patient journeys while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web products with strong full stack skills in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript.
• Proven experience delivering scalable web apps and services in a modern cloud environment.
• Experience building and operating third party integrations and asynchronous, event driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable, full stack solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Advocate for team priorities within the engineering org.
• Collaborate with product discovery to assess feasibility and validate ideas.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces and improve user engagement.
• Maintain reliable integrations with partners and internal systems with strong data privacy.
• Drive architectural decisions for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Break down complex projects into actionable tasks and lead execution.
