You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional collaboration, and own performance, reliability, and scalability across cloud platforms including AWS, Kubernetes, and modern data models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Leadership and ability to grow teams.
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, or similar.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, web frameworks, and RESTful API development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy by leading planning and execution.
• Lead end-to-end system design and development of large-scale services.
• Collaborate across Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Accounting on card loan attribution lifecycle.
• Ensure system health and performance; troubleshoot and optimize.
• Mentor and grow the team through code reviews and best practices.
